New Online Course: Living Well after Brain Injury

An eight-week course for people living with brain injuries We’re proud to introduce Living Well after Brain Injury, a new eight-week online course from Headway Nottingham, created specifically for individuals living with a brain injury.

This free course offers a safe, structured and supportive space to reflect, learn and grow. Together, we’ll explore practical strategies to manage everyday challenges, build confidence, and live well after brain injury.

This pilot course is for people with brain injuries only. A separate course for carers and family members will be launching later in the year – date to be confirmed.
